Adapted from ChocolateCoveredKatie.com. This dip is delicious on graham crackers, fruit, and spoons!
A delicious, simple dip that pairs well with fresh fruit. Some of my favorites to serve with this dip are strawberries, bananas, and kiwi. It's also good on toast or sprinkled with low-sugar cereal or granola for breakfast. YUM!
These are absolutely delicious muffins that look like they came from a bakery!

Healthy muffins for a PMS pick-me-up.
Adapted from Women's Health Magazine.
The best, most addictive cookies, ever. These turn me into a cookie monster every time I make them!
This is an adaptation of a recipe I found on another site. I haven't actually made this version, but the original one was delicious! I've substituted Splenda for sugar, unsweetened applesauce for oil, Egg Beaters for an egg, whole wheat flour for white flour, and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips for the original full cup of regular chocolate chips.
These muffins are HUGE and very delicious! Feel free to substitute light soymilk for the Almond Breeze; nutritional info will vary accordingly. You can also use fresh blueberries, but they tend to sink to the bottom of the muffin cup unless you freeze them first!
