I like to make them as bars - cut into 36 small pieces
This is great on cottage cheese or yogurt, with milk, or by itself. You can vary the recipe by tring dried cranberries, walntus, raisins, etc. You can also add a sweetner such as stevia or succanat if you prefer.
This won't be yellow, but it will be delicious and healthier than regular cornbreads.

My cooking coal is to make things as healthy and natural as possible. These recipes are low in fat & calories & do not use refined sugar or flour. My sweetners of choice are sucanat & agave nectar. I always up the protein factor by adding vanilla or chocolate flavored protein powder.
