Moroccan Harira (to die for)

Quite possibly the best soup in the world. By custom the dish to break the fast during Ramadan, but this version is a meal in itself.

Serve with extra lemon wedges to squirt in the individual bowls.

Baked Orzo with Lamb ( a cherished Weight Watchers recipe)

This is delish! You can use ground beef also

With the lean lamb the nutritional info is really
per 1 1/4 cups. 286 cal, 6 g fat, 3 g sat fat, 37 mg chol, 354 mg sod, 38 g carbs, 3 g fiber, 20 g protein, 117 mg calc. Point = 6
