Found this on Food.com, but cut the amounts in half, as the first time I made it, it overflowed my breadmaker. I also replaced half of the white flour the original recipe called for with whole wheat flour. This made a really good sandwich bread. I made it last night and took it to work today. Several people had sandwiches with it and asked for the recipe.

I shamelessly stole this recipe from Leanne at shecooks dot com. I made it her way the first time for my daughter and son in law, and they both LOVED it. So did I, but at approximately 1400 calories per serving, I can't have it if I'm ever going to lose this weight! I reduced the amount of pork and cut it up to make it more like a casserole. A few minor adjustments and now it 580 calories per serving - and still as WONDERFUL tasting as the original. And while it's still not in the calorie range to eat every day, it is a fabulous meal if you want something decadent.
This is SO good - I put off trying it for so long because the ingredient list didn't sound great, but it really tastes fabulous! I served it with whole wheat thin spaghetti and sugar snap peas. Next time, I will use rice instead of pasta.
