Packing lunches for school, work...multiple jobs? Here is a great trick. Build a basic cold pasta salad, separate into four serving and you are good to go in advance. Add an egg, tuna, or some lite salami if you want to perk it up. It is a great go to.

A skimmed down version of this dish. The regular had 4 tablespoons of butter, more flour. I did use whole milk, change it up if you like.
