This is my taco salad, made with natural ground beef (no hormones, etc. allowed in this house), fresh veggies, and a whole wheat tortilla bowl.
My original recipe used packaged spanish rice and I noticed how much sodium was in it so I remade the recipe using white and brown rice with a bit of pico de gallo mixed in. This makes a great lunch with a salad
Tried to replicate the Lean Cuisine meal of the same name
Absolutely delicious turkey wrap with a kick!
Tastes just like the turkey wrap I get at my favorite lunch spot, but easier on the fat/calories/sodium. Plus, it is MUCH cheaper!
