Yummy soup with a little extra heat
This is the best way I have found to get a good portion of veggies into a non-veggie eater. I am sure this could be made with even less calories. I welcome suggestions. This comes together very easy.
Weight Watchers recipe with a few adjustments
A low fat version of the good stuff. I used Cool Whip lite.
I used a real egg instead of 1/4c. egg substitute, I used fresh parsley insted of dried; other than that the recipe is identical to the one C.L. published.
Bisquick recipe with a few adjustments. If I had a lite oil and fat free cheese it would be even healthier.
I adjusted the Betty Crocker recipe slightly by omitting the fresh onion and salt and using Lipton Onion Soup Mix. I also used skim milk and the reduced fat Bisquick. I could make this better by using reduced fat cheese but I don't haev that in my pantry at the moment.
