For less than 115 calories in one serving, you can't go wrong with this decadent, flavorful French Toast recipe. If you want more hazelnut flavor, add more Torani Sugar-Free Hazelnut syrup. It doesn't add any calories! Or try one of their other flavors, like Caramel or Vanilla.
I like to have this smoothie for breakfast on days when I have to commute to school because it's portable, delicious, and quick to make. It also makes a great snack because it's fairly low-cal.
