a great cold alternative when you dont want "milk". a "quart" of whole fruit: blueberries, strawberries, cubed bosc pear. Citrus is traditional, just use the colorful rind of the fruit on a grater, squeeze the juice until you have about a cup - and follow the instructions...

Southern family favorite. Browned sausage in a skillet milk white gravy!
Inexpensive 3 minute breakfast. It is a little high in calories, but only 1 sugar and 30 grams of protein helps get through a busy morning! The Jalepeno's are optional, of course.
Rice Chex, Tart Dried Cherries, and shelled Pistachio's coated in Dark Chocolate and piled in to satisfying haystacks. They keep their crunch! YUM.
