Easy and ready in about 30 minutes. I added about ½ teaspoon of Raz el Hanout for flavor, but you could add anything that sounds good to you.

This is the original recipe. I recommend these changes: LESS rosemary, maybe 1t. or try a little tarragon. Crab tasted a little fishy--imitation crab might really be a better choice, or just reduce the amount. A bit more garlic.
This is a fast and easy way to get you vegetables in for a meal. The avocado adds a creamy texture to it.
A tasty, hearty vegetarian main dish.
Note: This recipe was made today with regular cheddar cheese and sour cream. The fat content will be lower if you use low-fat ingredients.
Not for every day, to be sure, but it's so much better than a trip to Dairy Queen!
