Based on a macaroni recipe my mother in law used to make but with Quinoa instead of pasta and citrus vinnagrette instead of mayo.
This recipe does contain lots of sugar but per 1 tbsp. serving the calories are lower than many spreads and is so potent that a little goes a long way. Use on bread products, roasted meats, to add flavor to soups and baked goods. Really limitless potential. Goes particularly well in apple or peach recipes.
