Low Carb gravy replacement
Chicken Taco Pizza (Low Carb)
I threw this one together and the family said I should make it again.
This is for the mornings that I want a quick, warm breakfast and I know I won't chop any apples to flavor my oatmeal.
This is not low calorie or low fat (diet food), but when the family wants something in the 20% of the 80/20, I can't always say NO.
I am posting this so other members of my family who are using the Spark People Nutritional Tracker don't have to re-enter the recipe.
I'm sure that there are many things that can be done to make this healthier, I just don't have time to do it today.
Can substitute lean ground turkey or ground chicken for the ground round.
Makes 10 1/2 Cup Servings

SIL was told to avoid potatoes. Hubby ate two bowls before he realized there was no meat in it.
Changes I will make:
*Will use 2 cans Sodium Free Beef Broth instead of water and Beef Base when Beef Base is gone (high sodium).
*Will add frozen cauliflower when get stock pot back. Slow cooker as full as I can get it!
