A slightly different variation of my turkey chili.
This is based on Jamie Eason's Carrot Cake Protein Bars...I have just substituted Gerber NatureSelect Sweet Potatoes and left out the Allspice & Nutmeg.
This is version two of this recipe using full fat peanut butter.
Based on various Brownie/Cake/Muffin's in a cup recipe. Depending on brand of protein powder you use (and peanut butter) will vary the sugar content too.
A low fat take on a traditional Shepherd's Pie.

This is my version of The Chili Gravy for Tofu Enchiladas.
This is so I can easily add for my lunch. Basically a 1/3lb burger patty cooked down to 3oz on the George Foreman Grill with Whole Grain Bun and topped with my blue cheese topping sauce.
You can make this without the Scallops and it would probably be just as yummy.
This is the base for my chocolate smoothies. Add about 2oz crushed ice or frozen fruit of your choice before blending.
Low Fat version of a Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie. My best tasting one so far.
