If you have a smaller family, you can half this recipe. If you have a larger group, just add extra refried beans.
When I don't have time to make spaghetti sauce from scratch, I use this recipe. It uses Hunts spaghetti sauce as the base.
Simple to make and tastes wonderful!
You can also substitute chicken breasts instead of thighs, you'll need to adjust the calories too.
Low fat all veggie soup and very tasty too. This is a wonderful soup to warm you up on those cold winter days. A very hearty soup!
