Wheat Sugar Cookies

Stir together flour-soda-salt.
In another bowl mix sugar-oil with a mixer till blended, increase to (H) for 3min. Reduce speed & beat in egg-vanilla-flour.
Divide dough flatten to disks; wrap and chill: 2hrs.
Turn on oven 375˚F
On a lightly floured space, roll one piece to 1/8 thick. With a 2 cookie cutter, cut out cookies. Place on a cookie sheet 1 apart. Bake till brown takes about 10-12mins.
