Found this recipe by one of my favorite lunch spots in Springfield, IL.
Gluten free, low carb option for breakfast
Great primal cookie.
Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup
Milk, 1%, .25 cup
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup
Oats, Quaker, .5 cup
Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1/2 C
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into an 8 x 8 inch greased pan. On the top sprinkle Pecans, 1/3 cup, chopped
Baked at 400 for 20 min.
