This recipe is not aiming for "healthy" or "low fat" or anything. It's a treat, made of mostly natural ingredients. I you're worried about the amount of fat, or calories, just take a smaller piece
An easy little-clean-up dinner. Combines well with cooked/mashed potatoes or rice

Nice vegetarian chilli. It takes a while to prepare, but it's worth it (and you can freeze it, so it's okay to make more than you need)
If you want more veggies: it tastes great if you add a red bell pepper (cut to cubes) and bake it along with the onion and garlic.
If you want to adapt the recipe and add meat it's best to add ground beef when you're baking the onions.
Low fat dinner with white fish and green beans. Very nice with pasta in tomato sauce.
