I think this is pretty tasty, not to hard to make. I make it at this size so I can have it for supper, and then I have enough to take for lunch the next day
Add all ingredientsin a bowl , cover and refriderate until cold.
Serve on Toast, bread, Pita, Crackers, etc.
Great but not low calorie
