Left over stir fry

This was something quick I whipped together when I was in a hurry.

Carrot butter (only 2 main ingredients)

Long cooking time, but very worth it. Make it on those days you're working around the house.

You can substitute apples for the carrots to make apple butter if you'd prefer.

Leftover Oatmeal Pancakes

If you have any leftover oatmeal and want something different and easy to take and eat, try this.

Pantry granola (gluten free possibility)
