Sesame Crunch Bars

Great homemade energy bars with a lot of potential to be customized. Try fresh coconut, almond butter, and raisins or cranberries instead of chocolate chips to shave some fat off. If you like them more crunchy, you can use maple syrup instead of honey, but I prefer them slightly chewy. Cut all and wrap individually in plastic wrap for quick on-the-go food all week, that even the kids will eat.
