Texas Two Step Soup

This simple soup leaves a lot of room for experimentation. Substitute diced tomatoes with green chillies or caned corn with red and green bell peppers for those listed in the ingredients for a spicier flavor. Add more or less liquid for a thinner soup or thicker chili.
Use ground beef or soy crumbles in place of the ground turkey.
Play with combination and variety till you find something you really enjoy.
I keep at least one batch of the dry soup mix on hand in my pantry at all times.
