Shrimp with Riced broccoli

This is relatively fast and definitely tasty!

Single Serving Soy Dressing

This is a tasty, quick fix sauce for a warm edamame or chicken salad.

Edamame Salad

A flavorful side dish for grilled meats! I love laying down a layer of greens, a layer of this salad, then topping it off with some flat iron or flank steak.

Honey Sesame Glaze

Great for basting/serving over salmon!

Cilantro Sriracha Slaw

Slightly sweet, a little bit of heat, and a lot of flavor from the cilantro. It makes a great side dish, and it is also fabulous with fish or shrimp tacos!

Rainbow Lentil Soup (GERD friendly)

My favorite lentil soup! Using a mix of lentils is important: the red and green lentils will cook down completely to thicken the broth, while the French and Beluga lentils will hold their shapes better. The coriander lends a very subtle but fabulous flavor, so try not to skip it. Using onion and garlic powder helps make this a safe option for people who deal with acid reflux or GERD.

No Tomato Sauce

This GERD friendly recipe was inspired by the now-defunct GERDelicious blog.
Each serving is appx 1/2 cup.

Easy Italian Wedding Soup for Two with Turkey Meatballs

Using frozen meatballs makes this a simpler weeknight soup option; we like the Italian turkey meatballs from Trader Joe's .

Bowtie Pasta With Ham and Peas for Two

A tomato free pasta dish that is delicious!

Harvest Grains and Carrot Salad

A tasty carrot and grain salad. Excellent as a side dish, or you can double it/add it to some greens and top with protein for an entree!

Chicken, barley & potato soup

This is a delicious and hearty soup, perfect for an entree. I also like to add a handful of greens to my bowl (which will generally add less than 15 calories).

Simple Sesame Kale Chips

This is super easy and if you take the time to really work the oil over the kale you can cut calories by only using 1 tsp oil vs. 1 Tbs like a lot of other recipes call for.
