I found a recipe I like and made a few changes for my husband. He wants a salad dressing that's healthier than the store-bought kind. This is our first attempt.
This is just the filling for the chicken tacos that I love to make. The tortillas are counted separately.
I took my usual Strawberry Shake recipe and added honey and Greek Yogurt. This can replace a meal here and there in a snap! With 28 grams of protein, 423 calories, 69 grams of carbs, and less than 4 grams of fat, you are sure to be full and happy!
I've looked at all the recipes out there, but this one is the simplest and works for me! Great source of protein, too!
