The occasional toasted sandwich I have when I feel like treating myself with bread... I don't eat much bread at all. So this is pretty high calorie (for me) and I definitely wouldn't eat this daily! Probably once a month, at the most.
Just something I threw together for my tea tonight.
Not traditional... Just a variation of my other rice paper recipes.
Makes six rolls. Enough for two people, or a very hungry me!
Not traditional. Pretty much the same as the other rice paper recipe I submitted, except these ones include red capsicum and surimi.
This recipe makes five rolls, and serves one person.
Not traditional. I just put used a few veggies that I had in my fridge. Makes three rolls.
