Breakfast in a Muffin

First try. Need to add onion, garlic to boost flavor and maybe some scrambled egg whites. Kids said they were ok and that should make again with changes. A little bit of real maple syrup on top made the difference. Goal was to create a healthy breakfast bite that can be frozen and popped into microwave for those on the run mornings.
