Healthy veggie pizza
This is a nice fall treat that compares to some of the iced coffee beverages. The frozen banana adds a creaminess. The tofu makes for a nice consistency.
I have this for breakfast 3-4 times a week. My protein numbers were low so I started adding the protein powder to help me keep that number in my ideal range. For other people it is totally optional and if not used would subtract 80 calories.
