Healthy With Flava
I have many cookbooks and try some websites like hungry girl. I try recipes that are already healthy or I make healthy switches like rice to brown rice, ground beef to ground turkey or pasta to multi-grain pasta. I try the new dish on my 18 year old son, if he gives it a thumbs up, it's a keeper.
