Low carb bread twists, keto diet
Brown hamburger, with diced onions, pepper, mushrooms and celery, add canned tomatoes and tomato sauce, add minced garlic and spices, chili powder and pepper to taste. Add can of drained kidney beans. Cook on med low until onions and celery totally cooked and flavours have blended.
Let milk warm to room temperature.
Heat oil on medium heat in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
Add potato and broccoli. Then add broth and milk.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
If you prefer a smoother soup, process slightly cooled soup in batches in a food processor.
