Cooked quiche can be refrigerated and reheated at 325F for about 30 minutes, or the crust and filling can be made in the morning and kept separate until ready to bake and serve. Great recipe - most ingredients are on hand and can be thrown together if you have unexpected company. Couple with a salad and you have a great meal!
