Yummy, Nutty, Chewy Bars full of healthy goodies.

I found this recipe in a vegan cook book called Extra Vegan Za. I subbed lite coconut milk for regular to reduce the calories. This made a huge pot of soup, that could easily make more than 4 servings
I had a lot of this left over the next day. I threw some in my magic bullet and blended it up to make it really creamy, I think its almost better this way, add a little cornstarch to thicken up to make an even creamier chowder!
Recipe from FatFreeVegan.com but I substituted almond milk for soy milk.
The bread doesn't come out as sweet as traditional banana breads, so if you want it sweeter I suggest adding more agave, or adding real sugar.
But, I bet this would be real good with some peanut butter on it!
Yummy vegan cookies, I altered a regular chocolate chip cookie recipe to my liking. Even my non-vegan friends like them, and went back for seconds! I suggest tasting the dough and altering recipe to desired taste. And the dough is safe to eat because there are no eggs!!!!
