My healthier version of an Orange Julius
Great low sodium tomato sauce! Great over chicken or with whole wheat noodles and squash (or other veggies).
Easy to make substitute for traditional beef spahetti sauce.
Great protein smoothie to share or save some for a snack.
I love chicken pot pie, but the crust "kills" me. So, I have started making this and it's a pretty good substitute especially with the potatoes in it.
Mom and I love Tuna Casserole and we were looking for a slightly healthier option. This seems to work pretty well. :) Also, can be topped with wheat germ instead of crackers. Neither of which has been added into the recipe so you can choose which you like best. Just make sure to add whatever you choose to the tracker later.
Great all around one dish meal with all the same things you know and love about regular lasagna.
