Great dip! for a easy snack .

I Got the recipe from a friend, and I think hidden valley has a variation of it.

The dip is only 50 calories per serving and if you add bite size white corn tortilla chips which would only make sense it adds up to about a 200 calorie snack.

Great homestyle stew for the whole family and sure to be a hit every time you make it! I serve it over egg noodles but you may omit them if you like, as the dish can stand alone with no problems.
