Grilled Chicken with Greek Yoghurt

Chicken breast is used in this recipe, but other chicken portions work equally well. The yoghurt is used not only for flavour, but also to tenderize the meat, making it more succulent and juicy.

Pinnigan's Chilli Con Carne

I made this up one night with the ingredients I had on hand - everybody loved it which is a miracle!! Serve it with rice, salad and a dollop of light sour cream.
