modified from Cooking Light recipe to reduce sodium and sugar
modified from Jennie-O recipe. Lower sodium (still high)
modified from Skinny Taste recipe to reduce sodium
Used original recipe, substituted 1/2 cup applesauce for 1 stick butter, omitted nuts. Yummy-family didn't know difference!! Used 1/2 of a "medium" scooper to get 60 cookies/batch.
Hungry Girl recipe-may want to try with strawberries!
