1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
large can green chilies
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
4 serving McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix (2 tsp dry mix) (by BEARCATFAN2)
3 serving Chips, Tortilla, Santitas, about 9 chips
Drain veggies except tomatoes, rotel, and green chilies. Add chicken, spices, and enough water to fill 4 qt. slow cooker.
Low fat homemade soup
A meaty mixture for nachos.
Pile it on
for substitute for cream of soups
You can use any vegetables.
Low calorie, filling soup.
