I modified this recipe slightly. I changed the all purpose flour to whole wheat flour. I took the 1C chopped walnuts to 1/2 C chopped walnuts.
This recipe is just the marinade and is adapted from allspice.com. Be sure to add meats, veggies, etc. when adding to food tracker.
Whole Wheat Low Fat Mac and Cheese
Great modified banana bread that uses half sugar and half splenda as well as whole wheat flour.
I don't like the hot sauce, so this nutritional value is based on the recipe without the hot sauce and margarine sauce.
