Rigatoni with sausage and beans

Sweet Italian sausage, cannelloni beans, rosemary and rigatoni simmered in Ragu Pasta Sauce make up this delicious dish.
Serves 4
ingredients can be changed to meet your dietry needs
For a change of pace, serve the sausage & bean mixture over rice or baked potatoes
Or you could combine pasta/sauce/sausage in one pot

This recipe was modified from Weight Watchers using low fat/calorie reduced ingredients and whole wheat pasta and pre-package frozen cooked shrimp
In doing so the calories have been reduced from the original recipe by 80 calories per 185 gram serving

black forest trifle

I made this for Easter, and it was a huge success. Adults and children loved it

I used vanilla pudding mix instead of chocolate and a homemade eggless chocolate cake

I was able to get three layers in the trifle bowl I was using

Italian Sausage, Fusilli Pasta and Zucchini

This recipe was thrown together to use up the odds and ends I had.

this recipe made 6 one cup servings

Eggless Chocolate Cake

This cake turned out excellent, was a great success with everyone of all ages
I never thought a cake without eggs would turn out so good:)

Leftovers-one pot skillet dinner

This was created with the leftovers after preparing a day ahead for Easter Dinner and the fact that I was hungry and hadn't eaten all day
adjust seasonings to your own liking as I did not use salt/pepper
This would work with leftover Turkey as well

DYI bulk barn open sesame bar mix

raisins add the sweet and the other ingredients add the crunch I opted for the plain blanched version of the peanuts, cornnuts and sesame sticks, there was no added salts or flavors to this mix by my own choice
You can subsitute the raisins for cranrasins instead or flavored/salted nuts and sticks but the nutrional value will change

again in my recipe i used plain blanched peanuts, sunmaid golden raisins
