I drink this rather large smoothie for breakfast every morning. Try adding a few tablespoons of hemp hearts for protein - and a delicious, slightly nutty flavour!
This is a fast and very simple recipe that I found on Epicurious.com and revised just a little. It originally called for a lot of butter to cook the fish in and to make a sauce with. The fish was tasty enough without any sauce at all but I ate a salad with it and used just a bit of my homemade dressing (olive oil, garlic, honey, lemon juice, cilantro and a dash of cumin) on the fish as well and it was very tasty.
I was craving apple sauce so I decided to make some...I had also just bought some fresh strawberries, sooooo...
Super quick and easy!
