Can substitute any fruit for the pineapple. I've tried dried cranberries, raisins, and bananas. The key is that you should drain off as much liquid as possible. You can also use any flavored yogurt, even unflavored.
I don't really measure any of this, I just use what I have. I've used kidney beans or pinto beans. I use more jalepenos, because we like it very spicy. I would suggest using this recipe as a start, then tasting and adapting until it tastes right to you. Since I don't measure, this may need some adapting.
