Make your own delicious nutritious tortillas! You can use only whole wheat flour, but I like this combo's texture best. Also can use any light flavored oil instead of the grapeseed (canola, olive, etc).
Hearty & tasty breakfast! Can make w/low glycemic impact by leaving out the cranberries.
Recipe written for high elevation but includes modification for lower elev.
