Make this the night before and pop it into the oven in the morning.
This is a great way to get some flavor without adding a lot of extra calories. And since it is made in the microwave, it is super fast.
I like a lot of dressing and this tastes great.
1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup Breakstone's Fat free sour cream and 1/2 cup Low Fat Hellman's Mayo mixed with 3 tbls. Hidden Valley Dry Mix.
Great on baked potatoes and veggies too!
Make this low cal version when you are craving chocolate or add different flavor syrups. You can also make it in the blender if you want, just use about a cup or so of ice so you don't water it down too much.
