The serving size may seem really small, but its really rich so you won't want to eat a lot.
An adapted version of Slender Kitchen's homemade cheese dip.
Nutrition facts don't include biscuits or toast.
This pie is tasty, but it's pretty tart so you might want some whipped cream on top.
The original of this recipe is from Pampered Chef and each cup had 100 calories and 6 grams of fat. Just a few changes and the calories drop down to 50 per cup and 1.6 grams of fat.
This looks like it takes a lot of work, but it's really not. Most of the steps can happen at the same time, bake the toast after you put the steaks in the pan, then after you turn the steaks you can get the sauce ingredients mixed.
You can double the pizza crust part of the recipe, bake both of them and freeze one for later.
You can top this with sour cream, cilantro and/or green onions if you would like. It hasn't been calculated in the recipe.
I also added a little garlic powder to the chicken mixture.
I've included microwave instructions if you have the Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker

Perfect for cold days!

For a lighter version, just make half of the topping.
Serve this over toast or biscuits (not included in nutrition info).
I haven't tried throwing frozen veggies in it yet, but I'm thinking about adding a bag of frozen broccoli or corn.
The original recipe is from the Hungry Girl cookbook, but I made a few minor adjustments for my house.
A fruity twist on regular
