Made with skinnless/boneless turkey breast, making a luscious but fat free gravy.
Basic recipe- Add other toppings (not included in stats) like turkey pepperoni or bacon bits, baby corn, mushrooms. Packs in lots of veggies, while satisfying your taste for a thin crust pizza. One of my "best" creations!
Made especially for my niece, Patricia. Three of her favorite ingredients; scallops, artichoke hearts, and parmesan cheese;
Variations are endless: Prior to searing, sprinkle w/salt & garlic; salt & cayenne pepper; fresh dill; onion powder; even a combination of all.
An unusual treat
Great with Cellophane noodles; Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta or even Brown Rice (these are not incuded in nutritional calculations).
Sweetened with Maple syrup

You won't know it's so low in fat!
High in fiber/protein but real low in fat.
Flavor without butter!
Substitue sweetner & cinnamon for the salt & pepper for a "mock" cheese danish.
A very thick and filling comfort food. Halfway between soup and stew (stoup). Well worth the time.
