Great for a mid-hike lunch, fast and easy. Use any sprouts you have around.
Great for reducing inflammation in the body. Can be poured over pasta or rice or other veggies or quinoa, or just eat as a soup.
Put all ingredients in a Vita-Mix blender, blend on high for 6 minutes (until steam comes up through the top). Eat and enjoy!
Can use this for dipping any vegetable. My favorite is broccoli, blanched.
So delicious, and a great way to get your greens in!
Serve chilled, as a salad, side dish, or dessert.
