I had this burrito at a Mexican stand at the flea market in my town. To my surprise they did not use any dairy or tomato or lettuce. I was hooked. My first time eating authentic Mexican food. So I recreated it at home with some substitutions. Hummas for refried beans, and I didn't include the very hot salsa, whole wheat home made tortillas.
There's Nothin Like Homemade!
