Lean venison stew with lots of veggies and tons of great flavor
Quick and easy tomato sauce cooks up in 20 minutes.
The broccoli in this recipe can be substituted for any other veggie. I do not suggest adding meat to this. Although it would taste lovely, milk, eggs and cheese add plenty of protein to the meal.
If you prefer to make your own baking powder biscuits,as I do, they taste wonderful on top in place of the canned ones. I make them a bit runny so that they form a nice crust over the top. Healthy Request soups are usually low in sodium, so you may have to adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
