This is a recipe that has a lot of flavor and not very hot. This can be made for an appetizer, or as a meal in itself.
This recipe was taken from a Weight Watcher's recipe many years ago. I just memorized it.
I used a pressure cooker to completely cook the meet. Reduced the time from 4 hours, to about 1 1/2 hrs.
