Use ground chiles, not "chili powder". I like this better than "Soyrizo"--less greasy and more flavorful. The seasonings come from a real chorizo recipe.
Good substitute for pasta and potato salad
I eat plain, or can use in place of pork sausage in Italian dishes etc.
an unleavened bread like a tortilla; this has no oil. Uses are endless. can also make about 12-14 smaller breads. (I use like a sandwich thin bread), 0r about 8 medium sized.
low in sugars and fat. Has more flavor than a lot of commercial granolas, and smells wonderful while baking.

Make stock ahead of time with leftover turkey bones, refridgerate and take off the fat from the top
