This hot fruit cup will suit all the family but, if the Mums and Dads want something a little bit stronger, simply add 2 x 500ml bottles of cider to half the punch and youíll have a delicious mulled cider cup too

It is unusual to thicken a soup with flour, but it works well here, resulting in a hearty soup in which neither the fresh or canned vegetables are over-cooked.
