Moist brownies with a hint of cream cheese. I think it's a little light on the "chocolatey-ness", but good for a light chocolate fix.

Peperonata Pizza (wheat crust) (added veggies)

Pizza from "Complete No Fat, Low fat Cookbook" with crust from the Joy of Cooking, 1/3 of white flour substituted with wheat flour. Make extra topping when red bell peppers and onions are on sale (or buy in bulk), place in quart freezer bags - thaws well and top your next pizza or use for fajitas!
